**Directions**
Located onsite of "Forest Edge Chiropractic" at the end of Market place, next to Oasis guitar shop, opposite V&Gs Italian restaurant. As described by patients, this 'homely' clinic is in an ideal central location.
Please note that the front door of the clinic maybe locked between appointments, please contact our reception team with any issues 01202 72 50 90.
**Deposit Policy**:
Please be advised that to secure all NEW bookings, a £25 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment and is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule efficiently.
**Parking**:
There is free parking around the clinic on the High Street, West Street (except Market Day Wednesday). To park here, simply follow the high street and you will come to some spaces on either side of the road (outside the White Hart Pub). There is free parking around here for 1 hour, or free after 6pm.
Waitrose also has a car park which you can park in for up to 2 hours and adjacent to this is a pay and display car park both with in walking distance to the clinic.
There is also some free parking on Bickerley Road. Follow this road all the way to the end. Once parked walk towards the dead end and at the very end there is a walking cut through on Strides lane which takes you down the side of the clinic on to West Street - turn left at the end and our entrance is 30 seconds from there.
**Prior to your first appointment**:
Our lovely reception team will have sent you a New Patient Form if this is your first appointment with us. Please try to fill this in prior to your appointment. No need to print it off as it will automatically submit straight to us. Please let us know if you have any problems in doing so and we will endeavour to help you complete it. If you are required to fill out a hard copy please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to do so.
**What to Wear**:
**Physiotherapy & Chiropractic Appointments**:
Your Clinician will need to see the body part/parts in question, so please ensure you wear appropriate clothing for your first appointment. Typically clothing you would wear to the gym is adequate. After your first appointment your clinician can advise further if necessary.
**Sports Massage**:
Our Sports Massage Therapists will use an array of towels during the treatment and would require that you keep your underwear on, however if you feel more comfortable, you can bring a pair of shorts. Stretchy underwear is best, especially if we are treating legs.

**Cancellation Policy**:
Please note we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Reminder emails and/or text messages are sent as a courtesy to all our clients. There is a high demand for appointments, so any cancelled within this time frame that cannot be filled may be liable to a late cancellation charge at the discretion of the administration team.
If you are an Insurance patient and DNA (Do Not arrive) for 2 appointments, your file will be automatically cancelled, and a discharge report will be sent to the instructing party. Please note if you cancel on the same day as your appointment this will also count as a DNA.
